Werkvoorbereider Full-time Voor onze afdeling Applicatie zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Werkvoorbereider/Planner. In deze veelzijdige functie zorg jij ervoor dat projecten van voorbereiding tot uitvoering soepel verlopen. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen klant, uitvoering en interne afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat mensen, materialen en middelen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider / Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, planning en coördinatie van onze projecten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: · Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen; · Inplannen van uitvoerders en benodigde capaciteit; · Invoeren van orders en verzorgen van de benodigde materiaal- en materieelvoorziening; · Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten tijdens de uitvoering van projecten; · Opstellen van projectinformatie, VGM-documentatie en overeenkomsten voor onderaannemers; · Coördineren van transporten; · Beheren en actualiseren van projectdossiers; · Registreren van klachten, meerwerk, overuren en garantieactiviteiten; · Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten tijdens de projectuitvoering; · Aanleveren van complete dossiers ten behoeve van facturatie. Wat breng jij mee? · MBO+ werk- en denkniveau; · VCA-certificaat of bereidheid dit te behalen; · Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Kennis van Duits is een pre. · Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; · Goede vaardigheden in Microsoft Office. Wie ben jij? Jij houdt van structuur en overzicht en weet ook onder druk de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Daarnaast beschik je over: · Sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden; · Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; · Klantgerichte instelling; · Flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid; · Probleemoplossend vermogen; · Een proactieve en collegiale werkhouding.
