Om deze werking naar een hoger niveau te tillen, zoeken we een Werkvoorbereider. Iemand die niet alleen technisch inzicht heeft, maar ook overzicht bewaart, collega’s ondersteunt en ervoor zorgt dat alle werkzaamheden vlot en efficiënt verlopen. Je komt terecht in een complexe en boeiende installatie waar verschillende disciplines samenkomen en waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is.

In deze rol sta je dicht bij de praktijk én houd je de lijnen strak: van het plannen en voorbereiden van onderhoudstaken tot het coördineren van techniekers op de werkvloer. Je bent de spil die een geavanceerd machinepark optimaal laat draaien, met zowel mechanische als elektrische uitdagingen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Zorgvuldig voorbereiden van onderdelen, tools, documentatie en veiligheidsmaatregelen, zodat elke interventie vlot en doordacht kan starten
  • Fungeren als brug tussen onderhoud en productie door een realistische planning op te stellen en af te stemmen, zodat alles blijft draaien zonder verrassingen
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van werkzaamheden op de vloer, met eigen teamleden en externe partners, steeds met oog voor kwaliteit en timing
  • Zelf de handen uit de mouwen steken wanneer nodig, en actief meewerken aan technische interventies om dicht bij de praktijk te blijven
  • Overzicht bewaren door alle werkzaamheden correct te registreren in het onderhoudssysteem, met sterke focus op veiligheid, milieu en nauwe samenwerking met operations en de maintenance manager
  • Een sterke technische basis in mechanica en een goede kennis van elektriciteit, bij voorkeur met enkele jaren ervaring; kennis van energieopwekking via verbranding is een plus
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van een team en vlot kunnen communiceren, ook in het Engels
  • Hands-on, probleemoplossend en flexibel ingesteld, met het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in team effectief te werken
