Net daar kom jij in beeld. Als Werkvoorbereider zorg je ervoor dat onderhoudswerken niet pas op de werkvloer beginnen, maar lang daarvoor al goed doordacht zijn. Onderdelen, materialen, planning, documentatie en veiligheid: jij brengt alles samen zodat werkzaamheden efficiënt en veilig kunnen verlopen. Tegelijk sta je dicht genoeg bij de techniek om te weten wat er speelt en waar nodig snel te kunnen schakelen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Een goede interventie begint met een sterke voorbereiding. Daarom zorg je ervoor dat onderdelen, gereedschappen, technische documentatie en veiligheidsvereisten tijdig klaarstaan voor de geplande onderhoudswerken
  • Als verbindende schakel tussen maintenance en productie stel je een haalbare planning op en stem je werkzaamheden zorgvuldig af, zodat stilstanden zoveel mogelijk beperkt blijven
  • De uitvoering op de werkvloer volg je nauwgezet op, zowel bij interne techniekers als externe partners, met voortdurende aandacht voor kwaliteit, timing en veiligheid
  • Techniek blijft een belangrijk deel van je dagelijkse omgeving. Wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt, denk je actief mee bij interventies en steek je zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen
  • Door werkzaamheden correct te registreren in het onderhoudssysteem hou je het overzicht en draag je samen met operations en de maintenance manager bij aan een veilige, betrouwbare en steeds beter georganiseerde installatie
  • Een sterke technische kennis van mechanica, aangevuld met een goede kennis van elektriciteit en enkele jaren relevante ervaring; ervaring binnen energieopwekking of verbrandingsinstallaties is mooi meegenomen
  • Vlot communiceren en samenwerken zit in je natuur. Ook contacten met verschillende interne en externe partijen en communicatie in het Engels vormen geen probleem
  • Een praktische, probleemoplossende en flexibele ingesteldheid waarmee je zowel zelfstandig als binnen een team kunt functioneren
