Onze inzet gaat verder, ga je mee? Wout Tuinman Werkvoorbereider Als Werkvoorbereider bij Groothuis Bouwgroep speel je een belangrijke rol in de voorbereiding en afronding van onze bouwprojecten. Je werkt vooral aan utilitaire projecten in bedrijfshuisvesting. Je zorgt dat alles goed is geregeld: van materialen en tekeningen tot planningen. Zo kunnen collega's op de bouwplaats goed aan de slag. Je werkt zelfstandig of in teamverband en hebt veel contact met collega's, opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers. Je werkt met BIM en digitale systemen om het proces soepel te laten verlopen. Met jouw inzicht, overzicht en communicatie draag je bij aan een succesvol project. Jouw uitdaging: In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden van uiteenlopende bouwprojecten. Je bestudeert werktekeningen en projectdocumentatie en zorgt dat alles klopt voordat de uitvoering start. Je stelt planningen op, bewaakt deadlines en signaleert knelpunten in een vroeg stadium. Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt ze en selecteert de juiste leveranciers en onderaannemers, zodat de inkoper/projectleider de inkoop kunnen afhandelen. Daarnaast stem je af met leveranciers, onderaannemers en collega's en zorg je dat iedereen over de juiste informatie beschikt. Ook tijdens de uitvoering blijf je betrokken. Je ondersteunt de uitvoering met technische informatie en denkt mee bij afwijkingen of knelpunten. Je zorgt voor een goede administratieve afhandeling van het project, inclusief verwerking van gegevens in AFAS. Door jouw inzet en nauwkeurigheid dragen we projecten over die kloppen - op papier én in de praktijk. Dit ben jij: - Je hebt minimaal mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau met een afgeronde opleiding richting Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar; - Je bent net afgestudeerd of startend werkvoorbereider en wil ervaring op doen in de utilitaire bouwsector op het gebied van bedrijfshuisvesting en/of revitalisaties; - Je hebt kennis van bouwprocessen, materialen en weten reg...
