Als Werkvoorbereider werk je aan projecten die bijdragen aan beekherstel, natuurontwikkeling en waterbergingen. Je schakelt tussen ontwerp, techniek en uitvoering, en zorgt ervoor dat plannen stevig staan voordat de eerste schop de grond in gaat. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met ontwerpers, adviseurs en projectleiders. Jij legt eisen vast, bewaakt de kwaliteit van documenten en vertaalt ideeën naar uitvoerbare oplossingen. Daarbij houd je overzicht, denk je vooruit en stem je helder af met klanten en stakeholders. - Je bereidt projecten voor in alle fasen: van verkenning tot en met UAV en UAV-GC. - Je stelt PvE's, begeleidende rapportages, bestektekeningen en kostenramingen op. - Je vertaalt ontwerpen naar uitvoeringscontracten en controleert de technische uitwerking. - Je ondersteunt bij klantbezoeken en verwerkt feedback zorgvuldig in de projectdocumentatie. - Je signaleert knelpunten vroegtijdig en komt met concrete verbeteringen. Zo werk je aan projecten waar je trots op kunt zijn, met ruimte voor initiatief, overleg en professionele groei.
