Als Werkvoorbereider combineer je technische voorbereiding met klantencontact en administratieve opvolging. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk project tot in de details voorbereid is.

  • Je vertaalt klantinformatie, foto's, plannen en technische gegevens naar een duidelijk en volledig werfdossier.
  • Je controleert de technische haalbaarheid van projecten, waaronder zonnepanelen, omvormers, thuisbatterijen en laadpalen.
  • Je brengt mogelijke werfrisico's vooraf in kaart, zoals beperkte doorgangen, parkeerbeperkingen, bereikbaarheid voor hoogtewerkers of kranen en nodige signalisatie.
  • Je maakt duidelijke werfinstructies en zorgt ervoor dat techniekers over de juiste informatie en materialen beschikken.
  • Je stemt bij onduidelijkheden af met de projectleiding, sales en klanten.
  • Je ondersteunt de projectleiding bij de praktische opvolging van voorbereide werven en zorgt dat reservaties en administratieve zaken tijdig geregeld zijn.
  • Je behandelt inkomende offerteaanvragen en verzamelt de nodige technische informatie.
  • Je werkt offertes uit voor zonnepanelen, laadpalen, thuisbatterijen en energiemanagementsystemen.
  • Je onderhoudt telefonisch en via e-mail contact met klanten en prospecten en beantwoordt hun technische vragen.
  • Je werkt mee aan projecten voor particulieren, bedrijven en overheden binnen een organisatie die al meer dan 15 jaar actief is in hernieuwbare energie.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met een praktische en klantgerichte ingesteldheid. Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en houdt ervan om zaken vooraf goed uit te zoeken.

  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding op secundair niveau of gelijkwaardige praktische ervaring.
  • Een bachelor in een technische richting is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Ervaring in technische uitvoering, werfvoorbereiding, installatiewerken of de bouwsector is mooi meegenomen.
  • Kennis van elektriciteit, zonnepanelen, laadpalen, thuisbatterijen of energiemanagement is een troef.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en merkt details en mogelijke problemen tijdig op.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, techniekers, sales en projectleiding.
  • Je bent commercieel en oplossingsgericht ingesteld en durft zelf telefonisch contact op te nemen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent vlot met digitale tools; ervaring met Bouwsoft, ERP-systemen of AutoCAD is een pluspunt.
