Dit bedrijf opereert binnen de installatietechniek en verzorgt elektrotechnische projecten voor winkels, winkelcentra, supermarkten en zowel historische als nieuwbouwpanden. De organisatie richt zich op het volledig ontzorgen van klanten in de retailomgeving en verzorgt de projectmatige voorbereiding en uitvoering van installatiewerkzaamheden. De werkomgeving omvat een breed scala aan projecten in de regio Oud-Beijerland en omliggende gebieden waarbij aandacht is voor kwaliteit, planning en klantgerichtheid. Het team bestaat uit medewerkers van verschillende niveaus, van leerling-monteurs tot ervaren uitvoerders, en er is ruimte voor ontwikkeling en doorgroei binnen de organisatie. Medewerkers krijgen de benodigde middelen ter beschikking, zoals een bus, gereedschappen, een laptop en werkkleding om hun werkzaamheden goed uit te voeren. Daarnaast biedt de organisatie arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao Kleinmetaal met 25 verlofdagen, 13 ADV-dagen en pensioenopbouw bij het pensioenfonds PMT en wordt er bij aanstelling een contract voor onbepaalde tijd aangeboden. De sfeer is informeel en er worden regelmatig personeelsactiviteiten georganiseerd. Oud-Beijerland fungeert als uitvalsbasis voor werkzaamheden en draagt bij aan de regionale focus van de projecten.
