Als werkvoorbereider ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de voorbereiding en uitvoering van onze projecten. Je houdt overzicht van A tot Z, coördineert de planning en inkoop en zorgt dat alle betrokken partijen goed samenwerken. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten, van luxe villa's tot appartementencomplexen en bijzondere bedrijfspanden. Wat ga je doen? Je bent vanaf de voorbereiding nauw betrokken bij het bouwproces en zorgt dat projecten technisch, organisatorisch en financieel goed worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd. - Coördineren en bewaken van projecten van A tot Z - Opstellen en bewaken van realistische planningen - Coördineren van de inkoop - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen - Organiseren en aansturen van werkbesprekingen - Bewaken van de financiële voortgang - Monitoren van kosten en zoeken naar kostenefficiënte oplossingen - Zorgen dat alle betrokken partijen efficiënt samenwerken - Meedenken over bouwkundige oplossingen - Vooruitkijken en tijdig bijsturen wanneer dat nodig is - Bewaken dat projecten binnen planning en budget worden uitgevoerd Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je hebt een afgeronde MBO- of HBO-opleiding Bouwkunde óf beschikt over ruime praktijkervaring - Ervaring als werkvoorbereider is een pré, maar geen vereiste - Je hebt voldoende bouwkundige kennis om mee te denken over technische oplossingen - Je bent proactief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid - Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren - Je denkt vooruit en ziet waar kansen of knelpunten liggen - Je bent communicatief vaardig en kunt goed schakelen met verschillende partijen - Je werkt graag samen en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het eindresultaat - Je bent gedreven om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen Functieoverzicht .
