Voor een sterk groeiende speler in de voedingsindustrie, gelegen in de regio Roeselare, zijn we op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider.

Dit Belgische bedrijf, gespecialiseerd in diepvriesproducten, maakt deel uit van een internationale groep met meer dan 1000 medewerkers wereldwijd. In de vestiging in Roeselare zijn zo’n 150 collega’s actief. Dankzij hun stevige internationale aanwezigheid en continue groei, staat dit bedrijf bekend als een betrouwbare en vooruitstrevende producent binnen de sector.

De opmars van deze onderneming wordt krachtig ondersteund door gerichte investeringen, zoals de inzet van geautomatiseerde machines en de uitbreiding van productiecapaciteit in binnen- en buitenland. Met een jaarlijkse omzet van circa 200 miljoen euro blijft deze speler zijn positie op de wereldmarkt versterken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Een sleutelrol binnen de organisatie, met actieve ondersteuning van de productieafdeling
  • Het opstellen, bewaken en bijsturen van de planning voor technische onderhoudswerken
  • Een efficiënte werkverdeling onder de techniekers, afgestemd op prioriteiten en expertise
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte voorbereiding van onderhouds- en interventiewerken
  • Beheer van materiaalvoorraden, met tijdige bestellingen om stilstand te vermijden
  • Nauwe opvolging zodat alle werkzaamheden volgens planning kunnen verlopen
  • Afstemming tussen productie en technische dienst voor een optimale samenwerking
  • Oog voor structuur en overzicht in een dynamische productieomgeving
  • Anticiperen op noden en knelpunten vóór ze impact hebben op het proces
  • Een praktische, coördinerende functie waar organisatie en techniek samenkomen
  • Je behaalde minstens een bachelorsdiploma in een technische richting zoals Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit...
  • Daarnaast beschik je over een eerste relevante werkervaring
  • Kennis Nederlands en Frans is belangrijk omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
