Als Werkvoorbereider bij Van der Aa binnen RB Plus Groep in Waalwijk zorg jij dat projecten in bouwkundige brandpreventie tot in detail zijn voorbereid. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding zijn materialen op tijd beschikbaar, kunnen collega's zonder vertraging aan de slag en verlopen projecten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning. Zo ervaren opdrachtgevers een professionele uitvoering.

Vanuit kantoor werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten in heel Nederland. Denk aan het Binnenhof in Den Haag, de A-Pier op Schiphol, de Rechtbank Amsterdam (NACH), het hoofdkantoor van ABN AMRO en De Knoop in Utrecht. Als verbindende schakel tussen commercie, projectleiding en uitvoering zorg jij voor een goede afstemming tussen alle betrokkenen.

Wat ga jij doen als Werkvoorbereider bij RB Plus Groep?

Als Werkvoorbereider bereid je projecten voor en blijf je betrokken vanaf het moment van opdracht tot en met de uitvoering. Je vertaalt afspraken met de opdrachtgever naar een uitvoerbaar projectplan. Daarbij stel je werkplannen, werktekeningen, VGM-plannen en planningen op, bewaak je deze en stem je ze af met het projectteam van de opdrachtgever. De technische haalbaarheid van projecten beoordeel je, eventueel samen met de projectleider. Materialen en materieel bestel je tijdig en je stemt levertijden en logistiek af met leveranciers en de opdrachtgever. Wanneer er bij grotere projecten werk wordt uitbesteed aan een onderaannemer, bereid je dit voor en regel je de uitbesteding samen met de Projectleider. Ook bewaak je de capaciteit, materiaalbeschikbaarheid, inkoopbudgetten en voortgang van projecten. Je signaleert, onderbouwt en administreert meer- en minderwerk en verwerkt en communiceert wijzigingen. Tot slot maak je opleverdossiers compleet en draag je verbeteringen aan voor werkprocessen en de verdere professionalisering van RB Plus Groep.
