We pakken grote doelen aan voor het Amazon-bedrijf en werken hard om automatiseringsgeschiedenis te schrijven door uitvinding, probleemoplossing en zeer betrokken teams. We zijn een wereldwijde organisatie, met onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingslabs in Hamme (België) Boston, MA (VS) en Milaan (Italië). Ons ontwikkelingsportfolio is gericht op automatiseringsoplossingen in verpakking, etikettering, sortering en materiaaltransport die brede uitbreidbaarheid bieden binnen Amazon-bedrijven.

Jouw rol

In ons lab in Hamme, België zijn we op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider binnen onze productieafdeling.

Als Werkvoorbereider ben je de cruciale schakel tussen de productieafdeling en cross-functionele projectteams. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, plannen en opvolgen van zowel interne productieprocessen als externe leveringen. Je zorgt voor een naadloze uitvoering van productieactiviteiten binnen een bewerkingsomgeving waar processen zoals draaien, frezen, lassen en plaatwerk worden toegepast om onderdelen te vervaardigen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt de interne productieplanning op voor bewerkingsprocessen zoals draaien, frezen, lassen en plaatwerk, maakt gedetailleerde productieroutings aan voor de werkvloer, coördineert met externe leveranciers om leverdata af te stemmen op projecttijdlijnen, en bestelt grondstoffen terwijl je de voorraadniveaus beheert.
  • Je werkt vanaf de start van projecten nauw samen met ingenieurs om de maakbaarheid van onderdelen te beoordelen, identificeert potentiële problemen en definieert oplossingen, en vertaalt technische tekeningen naar haalbare productieprocessen op basis van je grondige kennis van bewerkingstechnieken.
  • Je neemt deel aan meerdere gelijktijdige projecten als vertegenwoordiger van de productieafdeling, volgt de projectplanning op en levert productie-input om de planning helder te houden voor alle afdelingen, bereidt projecten grondig voor met het projectteam voordat ze in productie gaan, en escaleert proactief potentiële knelpunten of leveringsrisico's.
  • Je voert voorcalculaties uit van productietijden ter ondersteuning van nauwkeurige projectplanning, voert nacalculaties uit om werkelijke versus geplande prestaties te analyseren, en identificeert verbetermogelijkheden op basis van productiegegevens.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Grondige kennis van mechanische productieprocessen: CNC Draaien CNC Frezen Lassen (diverse lastechnieken) Plaatwerk
  • Je kan technische tekeningen vlot lezen en interpreteren
  • Je hebt kennis van ERP-systemen (SAP-ervaring is een sterke plus)
  • Je begrijpt productiecapaciteitsplanning en planningsprincipes
  • Je hebt ervaring met Microsoft Office
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
