Voor onze locatie in Heerenveen zoeken wij een enthousiaste Werkvoorbereider Prefab Woningbouw & Chaletbouw die een belangrijke schakel vormt tussen engineering, productie, leveranciers, montage en projectleiding. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes is voorbereid zodat onze projecten efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning gerealiseerd kunnen worden. Gebaseerd op het functieprofiel. Wat ga je doen? Als werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische, organisatorische en logistieke voorbereiding van onze prefab woning- en chaletbouwprojecten. Je houdt overzicht, signaleert knelpunten en zorgt ervoor dat collega's in productie en montage optimaal hun werk kunnen uitvoeren Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een zelfstandige en proactieve werkvoorbereider die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en plezier haalt uit het succesvol voorbereiden van projecten. Je beschikt over: • MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau • Bij voorkeur een opleiding Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding • Ervaring als werkvoorbereider binnen woningbouw, prefab bouw, houtskeletbouw of chaletbouw • Technisch inzicht en bouwkundige kennis • Goede organisatorische vaardigheden • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkwijze • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en Microsoft 365 is een pré • Kennis van BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, Wkb of Lean bouwen is een pré.
