- Werkvoorbereider Van order tot werkinstructie, van tekening tot productievloer, bij Meilink in Boxmeer ben jij de schakel die dat soepel laat verlopen. Wat je hier doet Op ons bedrijfsbureau ontwerpen en maken we nieuwe producten op basis van klantwensen. Als werkvoorbereider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige voorbereiding en planning van onze, vaak unieke productie- en verpakkingsopdrachten. Jij zorgt dat het hele proces tot en met de oplevering van het eindproduct soepel verloopt en draagt bij aan een efficiënte en effectieve productie. Jij bent de spil in het productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief goed wordt vastgelegd. Een dat uit je werk - Artikelen en inkooporders aanmaken - Productieorders uitwerken en voorbereiden - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en eventueel klanten - Opdrachten in de productie begeleiden en productiemedewerkers ondersteunen bij vragen over de werkbonnen - Kwaliteit en haalbaarheid van projecten bewaken - Problemen of tekorten signaleren, afstemmen met de teamleiders en collega's en eventueel met praktische oplossingen komen. - Meedenken over efficiency en procesoptimalisatie - De vertaalslag maken van order naar tekeningen en werkbonnen/werkinstructies voor de productie Technisch inzicht en/of affiniteit met techniek is dan ook belangrijk. Wat je ervoor terugkrijgt We houden het gewoon goed geregeld - Een salaris tussen de €3.000,- en €4.094,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur - 25 vakantiedagen + minimaal 7 roostervrije dagen, dus sowieso 32 vrije dagen per jaar - De mogelijkheid om ieder jaar 5 extra dagen te (ver)kopen - pensioen (50% betaald door ons) - 8% vakantiegeld + reiskostenvergoeding en winstdeling (als het goed gaat met ons, profiteer jij mee) - Een omgeving waar je je kunt ontwikkelen, doorgroeien en voldoende afwisseling in je werk zult hebben - Je krijgt een jaarcontract met de intentie om dit om te zetten naar vast wanneer het aan weerszijden klikt.
