Binnen dit bedrijf is de rol van werkvoorbereider een belangrijke rol. Je bent namelijk samen met de uitvoerder en projectleider verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en realisatie van een project. Elk project wordt gestart met deze driehoek. Van A tot Z ben jij aanwezig waarbij je naast de bekende werkvoorbereiding ook te maken krijgt met inkoop en facturatie. De projecten kunnen erg verschillen. De ene keer werk je aan woningbouw en de andere keer bouw je aan een kantoor. Ook onderhoud en transformaties kunnen wel eens voor komen. Hou je dus van diversiteit? Dan is deze rol perfect voor jou. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Deze organisatie vindt de mens erg belangrijk. Bouwen gebeurt voor mensen, maar ook door mensen.
