Be a hero Als Werkvoorbereider zorg jij ervoor dat een project technisch en organisatorisch goed voorbereid de bouw op gaat. Je controleert tekeningen en bestekken, maakt planningen, regelt inkoop en houdt meer- en minderwerk bij. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen met dezelfde informatie werken en dat de uitvoering zonder onnodige vertraging kan starten. Je schakelt dagelijks met de Uitvoerder, Projectleider, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Ook ga je regelmatig naar de bouwplaats om zaken af te stemmen en mogelijke knelpunten vroegtijdig te signaleren. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer duik je in technische tekeningen, de andere keer ben je bezig met een levering of los je een probleem op dat op de bouw ontstaat. Benefits - Een salaris van €3.500 tot €6.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring. - Een dienstverband van 32 tot 40 uur per week. - 43 vakantiedagen. - Een leaseauto of mobiliteitsvergoeding, laptop en telefoon. - Mogelijkheid om in overleg deels thuis te werken. Vanuit Middelburg werkt de organisatie aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw, renovatie, restauratie, service & onderhoud en ontwikkeling. Met circa 140 vaste medewerkers en gemiddeld 50 inleners werkt de Bouwgroep aan zowel grote als kleinere projecten.
