Stel je voor: je stapt ’s ochtends het kantoor binnen. De geur van versgemalen koffie, het zachte geroezemoes van werfleiders die hun dag opstarten, en op jouw scherm een reeks dossiers die wachten om door jouw scherpe blik gestructureerd te worden.   • Je duikt diep in elke aanvraag en controleert tekeningen, technische specificaties en info.
  • Regelmatig overleg je met de netbeheerder en vult dossiers aan.
  • Je brengt de situatie op het terrein scherp in kaart (toegankelijkheid, signalisatie, planning…).
  • Ook mag je mee bepalen welke ploeg wordt ingezet, wat ze nodig hebben en wanneer het kan doorgaan.
  • Je maakt materiaallijsten en bestelt alles tijdig.
  • Daarnaast schrijf je duidelijke werkinstructies en bespreekt die met de werfleiders.
  • Je maakt calculaties en bepaalt eventuele meerwerken.
  • Je hebt een hogere opleiding in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring als werkvoorbereider, planner of projectleider in elektrotechniek is mooi meegenomen.
  • Technische kennis en oog voor detail zijn jouw troeven.
  • Je communiceert vlot, positief en motiverend.
  • Excel voelt vertrouwd aan, ervaring met Navision is een plus.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, want jouw rol vangt zaken op die nu vastlopen.
  • Ervaring in planning, signalisatieaanvragen of gemeentelijke afstemming zijn een bonus.
