Je bent de spin in het web die ervoor zorgt dat elk detail klopt. Van het tijdig bestellen van materialen en het opstellen van strakke planningen tot het ondersteunen van de Uitvoerder tijdens de uitvoerings- en opleveringsfase van de projecten-jij houdt alle ballen in de lucht. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van projectdossiers en onderhoud je nauw contact met opdrachtgevers om afstemming te waarborgen. Je zorgt ervoor dat projectadministraties up-to-date zijn en controleert of alle werkzaamheden binnen de gestelde kaders plaatsvinden. Dankzij jouw zorgvuldige aanpak blijven deadlines haalbaar en verlopen de processen soepel en efficiënt. Jouw werkzaamheden - Samenstellen en beheren van projectmappen; - Controleren van binnengekomen opdrachten en communiceren met opdrachtgevers; - Uittrekken, bestellen en reserveren van materiaal en materieel; - Opstellen en bijhouden van planningen, voorraadlijsten en urenregistraties; - Opstellen van schouwplannen en plannen van aanpak; - Offertes opvragen bij externe partijen; - Controleren en verwerken van productiegegevens; - Voeren van telefonisch klantcontact; - Uitvoeren van algemene administratieve taken binnen de Business Unit.
