Krijg jij energie van het voorbereiden van uitdagende woningbouwprojecten en zorg jij ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes is geregeld voordat de uitvoering start? Dan is Van Zanten op zoek naar jou. Als werkvoorbereider ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen het projectteam. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding verlopen onze woningbouwprojecten efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, leveranciers, onderaannemers en adviseurs en draagt bij aan het realiseren van kwalitatief hoogwaardige woningen. Aantal uur 32 - 40 uur Opleidingsniveau mbo, hbo Werkervaring 3 jaar Vestiging Van Zanten Rotterdam Standplaats Rotterdam Wat ga je doen als werkvoorbereider bij Van Zanten? Als werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van één of meerdere woningbouwprojecten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het opstellen, bewaken en optimaliseren van de projectplanning; - het inkopen van materialen en het contracteren van leveranciers en onderaannemers; - het controleren van werktekeningen, bestekken en technische documenten; - het signaleren van afwijkingen en het aandragen van praktische oplossingen; - het afstemmen van de werkzaamheden met projectleiding, uitvoering en externe partijen; - het bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit, planning en kosten; - het voorbereiden van de uitvoering zodat de bouwplaats optimaal kan functioneren; - het verzorgen van de projectadministratie en het beheren van meer- en minderwerk. Wie ben jij? Je bent een nauwkeurige en resultaatgerichte werkvoorbereider die graag samenwerkt en het overzicht bewaart. Je denkt vooruit, communiceert gemakkelijk en voelt je thuis binnen een dynamische projectomgeving. Daarnaast beschik je over: - een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding bouwkunde of vergelijkbare opleiding; - minimaal 3 jaar ervari...
