Dan is deze functie als Werkvoorbereider Civiele Techniek in Schiedam wellicht jouw volgende stap. Als Werkvoorbereider ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen ontwerp, voorbereiding en uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch en organisatorisch goed worden voorbereid en dat de uitvoerders buiten met de juiste informatie, materialen en planning aan de slag kunnen. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende civieltechnische en infrastructurele projecten, zoals wegenbouw, riolering, grondwerk, reconstructies en de inrichting van de openbare ruimte. Als Werkvoorbereider Civiele Techniek zorg je ervoor dat projecten tot in de puntjes worden voorbereid. Je houdt overzicht over de planning, materialen, tekeningen, vergunningen en andere zaken die nodig zijn om een project succesvol uit te voeren. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van civieltechnische en infrastructurele projecten ; - Opstellen en bewaken van werkplanningen en projectplanningen ; - Controleren en beoordelen van technische tekeningen, bestekken en contractstukken; - Verzorgen van de benodigde projectdocumentatie ; - Opstellen en bijhouden van werkmappen en uitvoeringsdocumenten ; - Aanvragen en coördineren van benodigde vergunningen en meldingen ; - Bestellen en afroepen van materialen, materieel en diensten ; - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers ; - Ondersteunen van de uitvoerder tijdens de realisatie van projecten; - Signaleren van afwijkingen, knelpunten en risico's en hier tijdig...
