In deze veelzijdige rol ben je de spil in het projectproces. Je organiseert aanvragen, vergelijkt offertes en bewaakt de voortgang, wijzigingen en documentatie via systemen zoals Relatics en SharePoint. Daarnaast coördineer je nauwgezet met ontwerpteams, uitvoerders, leveranciers en onderaannemers, en stel je planningen en werkplannen op. Je zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht naar de uitvoering en biedt ondersteuning gedurende het proces. Een belangrijke taak is het uittrekken van hoeveelheden, ondersteunen van calculaties en het organiseren van vergunningen, KLIC‑meldingen en verkeers-/BLVC‑plannen. Jouw besluitvaardigheid en organisatietalent maken het verschil in het creëren van resultaten waar iedereen op kan bouwen. Functie-eisen Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze interessante functie, verwachten we: - Een relevant diploma, bij voorkeur op mbo- of hbo-niveau, met affiniteit voor werkvoorbereiding in de aannemerssector. - 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in werkvoorbereiding en enige kennis van infranormen, planning en vergunningen. - Bekendheid met systemen zoals Relatics, SharePoint of vergelijkbare tools voor documentbeheer. - Een scherp oog voor detail en een resultaatgerichte werkwijze die kwaliteit en precisie waarborgt. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om coördinatie met verschillende stakeholders soepel te laten verlopen.
