Hier krijg je de kans om maatwerkprojecten van A tot Z technisch vorm te geven én nauw in contact te staan met klanten en leveranciers. 🛠️ Jous dag als Werkvoorbereider Interieur In deze rol ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen het ontwerp, de klant en de uitwerking in de productie. Jouw takenpakket is veelzijdig, technisch en uitdagend:

  • Uittekenen & Dossiervoorbereiding: Je tekent uitdagende interieurprojecten uit en stelt het volledige technische dossier op op basis van plannen, gedetailleerde calculaties en meetstaten van de architect.
  • Inkoop & Bestellingen: Je vraagt scherpe prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en plaatst tijdig de nodige bestellingen.
  • Klantenbegeleiding: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleid hen professioneel doorheen het technische proces.
  • Coördinatie & Overleg: Je zit op regelmatige basis samen met de projectleiding om de voortgang te bespreken en stuurt proactief bij waar nodig.
  • Probleemoplossing & Fieldwork: Bduiken er technische knelpunten op? Jij grijpt meteen in met een passende oplossing. Daarnaast ga je sporadisch op pad voor nauwkeurige opmetingen.

🎯 Wie ben jij? Je bent een nauwkeurige en communicatieve professional met een sterke passie voor interieur en techniek. Verder herken je jezelf in dit profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bouwgerelateerd Bachelor diploma.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als werkvoorbereider, werfleider of projectleider binnen de interieursector.
  • Je hebt uitstekende ervaring met tekenprogramma's en kennis van IMOS is een grote troef.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, klantgericht en werkt uiterst nauwkeurig.
