Werkvoorbereider BOB04836 Functie omschrijving Als werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en plannen van de servicewerkzaamheden die onze monteurs zowel in de werkplaats als bij de klant uitvoeren. Je fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt, op basis van een technische inschatting, dat de monteurs goed voorbereid op pad gaan om de klant optimaal te ondersteunen. Verantwoordelijkheden: - Coördineren van werkzaamheden in de werkplaats en op locatie bij de klant - Voorbereiden van de benodigde documentatie en materialen - Plannen en bewaken van de voortgang van servicewerkzaamheden - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met zowel de klant als de monteur Functie eisen - Afgeronde MBO niveau 4 richting elektrotechniek, mechatroinca, besturingstechniek, of werktuigbouwkunde met kennis van elektrotechniek - Het lezen van elektrotechnische tekeningen en aansluitschema's is geen probleem voor je - Je bent in bezit van een VOL-VCA (of bereid deze te halen) - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift - Goede beheersing van MS Office Bedrijfsprofiel Onze opdrachtgever is een mooi en stabiel bedrijf in de aandrijftechniek.
