Je werkt aan materiaalplanning, projectplanning en technische voorbereiding, zodat monteurs op locatie efficiënt hun werk kunnen uitvoeren. Vanuit Leeuwarden werk je zelfstandig binnen een betrokken team, met ruimte om je vakkennis verder uit te bouwen. Over de opdrachtgever Onze opdrachtgever is een lokaal geworteld installatiebedrijf dat werkt aan technische projecten voor verschillende klanten. Binnen het bedrijf staan kwaliteit, innovatie en een goede samenwerking centraal. De organisatie heeft een informele werksfeer waarin collega's elkaar helpen en waarin ruimte is voor humor en eigen initiatief. Als Werkvoorbereider werk je samen met monteurs, collega's op kantoor en andere betrokkenen bij een project. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen werkzaamheden en hebt invloed op de manier waarop projecten worden voorbereid. Tegelijkertijd kun je rekenen op ondersteuning van een team dat toegankelijk is en met je meedenkt. Wat ga je doen Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch en organisatorisch goed zijn voorbereid. Je houdt overzicht over de planning, stemt werkzaamheden af en zorgt dat de juiste informatie en materialen beschikbaar zijn voordat de uitvoering begint. - Opstellen en bijhouden van materiaal- en onderdelenlijsten. - Plannen van werkzaamheden en bewaken van de voortgang van projecten. - Lezen en beoordelen van technische tekeningen en ontwerpen. - Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden voor monteurs en uitvoeringsteams. - Afstemmen van de planning en technische details met collega's en andere betrokkenen. - Signaleren van knelpunten in de voorbereiding en zoeken naar praktische oplossingen. - Ondersteunen van projecten vanaf de ontwerpfase tot en met de uitvoering. - Bewaken van details, kwaliteit en volledi...
