Als Werkvoorbereider verdien je € 3.800 tot € 5.000 bruto per maand en krijg je 42 vrije dagen. Wat je gaat doen Je bereidt onderhouds- en verduurzamingsprojecten aan woningen technisch en organisatorisch voor. Daarbij gaat het niet alleen om tekeningen, materialen en planningen. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in en rondom bewoonde woningen, waardoor een zorgvuldige voorbereiding direct verschil maakt voor bewoners. Ook tijdens de uitvoering blijf je betrokken. Je schakelt met de projectmanager, uitvoerder, bewonersbegeleider en ketenpartners en grijpt tijdig in wanneer planning, budget of techniek daarom vraagt. Wat je doet - Contractstukken, opnames en tekeningen vertalen naar een uitvoerbare aanpak. - Werkplannen, inkoopschema's en gedetailleerde planningen opstellen. - Offertes aanvragen, vergelijken en de inkoop voorbereiden. - Technische details afstemmen met adviseurs, leveranciers en het uitvoeringsteam. - Kosten, risico's, meerwerk en projectdocumentatie gedurende het project bewaken. Het bedrijf Je gaat aan de slag bij een ervaren bouw- en onderhoudsbedrijf dat werkt aan renovatie, verduurzaming, transformatie en onderhoud van woningen en utiliteitsgebouwen.
