- Leren en werken - Werken bij de RET - Senior Werkvoorbereider Technische Automatisering Opslaan voor later Solliciteren Job ID 1328 Publicatiedatum 09/07/2026 Als Senior Werkvoorbereider - Planner Technische Automatisering zorg je dat het onderhoud bij de RET strak en veilig is geregeld. Jouw afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor de technische automatiseringsinstallaties die zorgen dat trams en metro's veilig kunnen rijden, zoals spoorbeveiliging, overwegen, PLC- en besturingsinstallaties. Jij bent de schakel tussen techniek, planning en de uitvoering buiten. Je weet wat monteurs en onderhoudsspecialisten nodig hebben voor hun werk en zorgt dat alles klaarstaat: van een realistische planning en de juiste materialen tot kloppende werkbegrotingen en technische documentatie. Ook houd je rekening met veiligheidseisen, zoals werken als VOP of Veiligheidspersoon. Daarnaast ben je vanuit je seniorrol het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt in het team. Je kijkt met een kritische blik naar rapportages en terugkoppelingen van monteurs, bewaakt de voortgang van grote klussen en helpt mee om de werkvoorbereiding en planning slimmer en praktischer in te richten. Wat ga je doen? - Voorbereiden en plannen: Je coördineert onderhoud, storingen en projecten aan technische automatiseringssystemen (met de focus op spoorbeveiliging en overwegen). - Organiseren: Je stelt werkbegrotingen, planningen, materiaallijsten en technische documentatie op en houdt hier grip op. - Afstemmen: Je schakelt dagelijks met monteurs, onderhoudsspecialisten, aannemers en interne opdrachtgevers om te zorgen dat het werk buiten door kan gaan. - Kwaliteit en veiligheid: Je gebruikt de terugkoppeling van monteurs om de staat van installaties te beoordelen en onderhoudsprocessen te verbeteren. - Adviseren: Je helpt collega's bij technische en planmatige vraagstukken en pakt initiatief om de werkmethoden op de afdeling te verbeteren.
