Senior werkvoorbereider Jij houdt van overzicht. Van plannen die kloppen, afspraken die worden nagekomen en een bouwplaats waar iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Als werkvoorbereider zorg jij dat een project niet alleen op papier staat, maar ook buiten tot leven komt. Bij Geveke krijg je de ruimte om écht eigenaarschap te nemen over jouw werk. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid, denkt mee en hebt invloed op hoe projecten worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten in de woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw en industrie. Van een appartementencomplex in Groningen tot een fabriek op het Chemiepark in Delfzijl. Geen project is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt jouw werk interessant. Benieuwd naar de projecten die we al gerealiseerd hebben? Bekijk onze projecten . Dit ga je doen Als werkvoorbereider ben je de schakel tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering. Jij zorgt dat alles wat nodig is om een project goed te bouwen, op het juiste moment geregeld is. Samen met de projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop. Je zorgt dat materialen, materieel en diensten op tijd beschikbaar zijn en houdt contact met de partijen die je daarvoor inschakelt. Denk aan installateurs, kozijnenleveranciers en andere partners. Je houdt de planning scherp in de gaten, signaleert knelpunten voordat ze problemen worden en denkt actief mee over hoe het beter, slimmer of efficiënter kan. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en uitvoerder en weet precies wat er op de bouw speelt. Daarom ben je regelmatig op de bouwplaats te vinden. Je neemt deel aan werk- en bouwvergaderingen, stemt af met betrokken partijen en houdt de voortgang en kwaliteit goed in de gaten. Kortom: jij houdt de touwtjes in handen, zonder ze strak te trekken.
