APK Group is een toonaangevende infrastructuurgroep actief in de Benelux en Duitsland. Voor de verdere uitrol van glasvezelnetwerken in verschillende steden en gemeenten zijn we op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider.In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat onze projecten administratief en operationeel goed voorbereid aan de start gaan. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen de projectleiding, overheden en opdrachtgevers en zorgt ervoor dat vergunningen, dossiers en afspraken tijdig en correct worden opgevolgd.Je hebt daarbij veel contact met steden, gemeenten, wegbeheerders en nutsmaatschappijen. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak behouden de verschillende projecten hun voortgang en weten projectleiders en werfleiders steeds waar hun dossiers staan.

Jobomschrijving

Aanvragen en opvolgen van vergunningen voor inname van het openbaar domein.Aanvragen en beheren van signalisatievergunningen.Registreren en actualiseren van werkzaamheden in GIPOD.Voorbereiden, samenstellen en indienen van vergunnings- en projectdossiers.Contact onderhouden met steden, gemeenten, wegbeheerders en nutsmaatschappijen.Opvolgen van goedkeuringen, voorwaarden en opmerkingen van vergunningverlenende instanties.Bewaken van deadlines en wettelijke indieningstermijnen.Administratieve en organisatorische ondersteuning bieden aan projectleiders en werfleiders.Projectdocumentatie verwerken en correct archiveren.Rapporteren over de voortgang en status van lopende dossiers.

Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.Sterk communicatief en klantgericht.Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en administratief sterk.Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook vlot binnen een team.Je plant vooruit en behoudt het overzicht wanneer verschillende deadlines samenkomen.Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende projecten en prioriteiten.Ervaring met GIPOD, vergunningsaanvragen en werken op het openbaar domein is een belangrijke troef.Kennis van telecom, nutsvoorzieningen of infrastructuur is mooi meegenomen.Rijbewijs B.Bereidheid om je te verplaatsen naar verschillende werven en gemeenten.
