Met ca. 90 collega's bouwen we bij Bouwmij Janssen aan de toekomst van woningbouw en aanverwante functies in Limburg, Noord-Brabant en Gelderland. We combineren de charme en korte lijnen van een hecht bedrijf met een strakke, innovatieve manier van werken. Hier ben je geen "nummer" maar een cruciale speler in het realiseren van duurzame en doordachte woonomgevingen. Ter versterking van ons team zijn we op zoek naar een: Werkzaamheden Jouw rol in het team Als werkvoorbereider sta je aan de basis van het succes van onze projecten. Vanaf de eerste engineeringsfase denk je mee over de haalbaarheid en maakbaarheid van uitdagende woningbouwprojecten. Je schakelt gemakkelijk met alle betrokken partners, stroomlijnt de digitale projectinformatie en bent nauw betrokken bij de inkoop van materialen en diensten. Samen met je projectteam zorg je dat alles op de bouwplaats vlekkeloos verloopt. Wat ga je doen? - Plannen & bewaken: je stelt strakke voorbereidingsplanningen op en zorgt dat iedereen zich aan de afspraken houdt. - Engineering: je denkt mee met onze engineeringsafdeling aan de voorkant van een project. - Kostprijs & inkoop: je levert waardevolle input voor de kostprijsberekeningen en denkt mee over slimme inkoop van partners en materialen. - Informatiebeheer: je registreert, actualiseert en borgt alle digitale projectdocumenten en BIM-modellen. - Innovatie: je denkt actief mee over procesverbetering en vernieuwing (zoals LEAN bouwen). - Uitstekende extra's: leaseauto, een goede pensioenregeling, bijdrage aan je aanvullende zorgverzekering, telefoon, laptop en dagelijks vers fruit op kantoor.
