Je houdt het overzicht, lost problemen op voordat ze ontstaan en zorgt dat het werk soepel verloopt. Zo lever je samen met je team projecten op waar iedereen trots op kan zijn. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het voorbereiden, plannen en bewaken van bouwprojecten - Zorgen dat alle materialen, tekeningen en planningen op tijd klaar zijn - Overleggen met uitvoerders, leveranciers en onderaannemers - Het bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en kosten - Meedenken over verbeteringen en efficiëntere werkwijzen Functie-eisen Je hebt oog voor detail, denkt vooruit en vindt het leuk om te organiseren. Samenwerken doe je graag, maar zelfstandig werken gaat je ook goed af.
