Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij een belangrijke schakel voordat én tijdens de uitvoering. Jij zorgt dat alles tot in de puntjes is voorbereid, zodat het uitvoeringsteam buiten goed aan de slag kan. • Je maakt en bewaakt werkplannen, planningen en projectdocumentatie. • Je stemt de werkzaamheden af met uitvoerders, projectleiders, leveranciers en onderaannemers. • Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt deze en verzorgt de inkoop van materialen en diensten. • Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit, planning en financiële aspecten van projecten. • Je signaleert knelpunten en komt proactief met praktische oplossingen. • Je controleert tekeningen, technische documenten en hoeveelheden en zorgt dat de uitvoering over de juiste informatie beschikt. • Je ondersteunt bij meer- en minderwerk en houdt wijzigingen gedurende het project goed bij.

Functie-eisen: Wat verwachten we van jou? Je bent iemand die graag de touwtjes in handen heeft en energie krijgt van het organiseren van technische projecten. Je houdt overzicht, communiceert makkelijk en weet wanneer je moet doorpakken. Daarnaast neem je verantwoordelijkheid en vind je het leuk om samen met verschillende disciplines naar één gezamenlijk resultaat toe te werken.

• Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Civiele Techniek of een vergelijkbare technische richting. • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als Werkvoorbereider binnen de civiele techniek. • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt goed meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijk overzien. • Je hebt kennis van RAW, UAV en/of UAV-GC of wilt je hierin verder ontwikkelen. • Je communiceert makkelijk met collega's, opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers. • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en denkt graag mee over slimmer en efficiënter werken.
