Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij de spil tussen Sales, Logistiek en de productie. Jij houdt het overzicht, schakelt snel en zorgt dat mens, materiaal en capaciteit perfect op elkaar zijn afgestemd. Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de korte termijn orderstroom. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze interne productie én uitbesteed werk efficiënt en tijdig worden uitgevoerd. Jouw werkdag is afwisselend en impactvol: - Inzicht & Planning : Je beheert, signaleert en stuurt de Sales & Operations planning bij. Je zorgt dat materialen en capaciteit tijdig klaarstaan. - Bewaking & KPI's : Je volgt de operationele voortgang op de voet, van het afgeven van de levertijd tot de uiteindelijke oplevering van het eindproduct. - Je roept tijdig materialen af bij leveranciers en andere externe partners. - Kwaliteit & Inspringen : Zie je afwijkingen of kwaliteitsverschillen? Jij heb t de bevoegdheid om het werkproces direct te onderbreken of materiaal af te keuren. - Systeembeheer : Je past brondata en structuren aan in ons ERP-systeem (JDE) om processen strak te borgen. - Escaleren & Oplossen : Blijkt er ergens een verstoring te ontstaan? Jij grijpt tijdig in en escaleert naar de juiste collega's om stilstand te voorkomen. We zoeken iemand die... Jij bent een gestructureerde regelaar met een passie voor techniek. Je denkt in oplossingen, neemt je verantwoordelijkheid en schrikt niet van een strakke deadline of veranderende prioriteiten.
