Onze klant is een referentie op het gebied van industriebouw. Met een klantenportefeuille die ver buiten de Kempen reikt. Je komt terecht bij een stabiel bedrijf waar collegialiteit en klantenservice bovenaan staan. Je bent op zoek naar een werkgever die je zal bijstaan en wil opleiden? Jobomschrijving

Bij onze klant, een referentie op het gebied van industriebouw, spelen teamwork en klantenservice een grote rol. Als Werkvoorbereider/Aankoper kom je terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar jouw technische en organisatorische vaardigheden volledig benut worden. Vanuit het mooie Balen, werk je nauw samen met de projectleiding, tekenkamer en algemene werkvoorbereiding/aankoop. Jouw taken zijn uiteenlopend en uitdagend:

  • Ondersteunen van werkvoorbereiding en aankoopprocessen.
  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van bestekstekeningen en bouwplannen.
  • Technisch controleren van uitvoerings- en productietekeningen.
  • Aansturen en coördineren van planning en deadlines, zowel intern als extern.

Bij ons krijg je de kans om actief mee te bouwen aan onze projecten en jezelf tegelijkertijd verder te ontwikkelen.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, breng je idealiter de volgende kwalificaties en vaardigheden mee:

  • Een bachelor diploma in de bouwkunde of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Kennis van softwareprogramma's zoals Office, AutoCAD, en bij voorkeur Tekla.
  • Uitstekend technisch inzicht en sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring met bouwkundig tekenen is een pluspunt.
  • Een dynamische, flexibele en stressbestendige werkhouding.
