Als Werkvoorbereider werk je aan projecten die Nederland letterlijk in beweging houden, met veel ruimte voor initiatief, kwaliteit en zorgvuldigheid. In deze functie vertaal je opdrachten naar een uitvoerbaar plan en houd je grip op planning, kosten en voortgang. Je schakelt met monteurs, klanten en externe partijen en zorgt dat elk detail klopt voordat het werk buiten start. - Inventariseert en werkt binnenkomende opdrachten uit - Vraagt vergunningen aan en bewaakt wet- en regelgeving - Stemmt af met monteurs en ondersteunt in de uitvoering - Bespreekt voortgang met klanten en overige betrokkenen - Houdt toezicht op planning, kwaliteit en budget Je groeit in een omgeving waar je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt, waar je met overtuiging handelt en waar jouw resultaatgericht werken zichtbaar bijdraagt aan duurzame verkeersoplossingen. Functie-eisen Jij bent iemand die overzicht brengt, doorpakt als het nodig is en met nauwkeurigheid werkt aan technische voorbereidingen. Met 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol weet jij hoe je meerdere belangen samenbrengt en houd je focus op een goede uitvoering. - Mbo- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur technisch - 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider of in verkeerstechniek, ook als je bijvoorbeeld logistieke planning hebt gedaan is dat passend - Ervaring met plannen, organiseren en afstemmen van werkzaamheden - Bekend met aanvragen, administratieve verwerking en projectbewaking - Je werkt kwaliteitsgericht, oplossingsgerich...
