Werkvoorbereider elektrotechniek

Wat ga je doen?

Bereid elektrotechnische projecten van a tot z voor en zorg dat de uitvoeringsteams veilig, efficiënt en goed geïnformeerd kunnen starten.

Je komt terecht in een technisch sterke organisatie waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en efficiëntie belangrijk zijn. Je werkt mee aan projecten binnen het raamcontract met Fluvius en krijgt ruimte om processen te verbeteren en je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.

Als werkvoorbereider verbind je techniek, planning en uitvoering. Je zorgt dat elk dossier correct is voorbereid en dat materialen, instructies en informatie tijdig beschikbaar zijn. Zo kunnen de uitvoerende ploegen goed voorbereid aan elke opdracht beginnen.

- Je analyseert aanvragen, technische dossiers, plannen en specificaties.

- Je verzamelt ontbrekende informatie en controleert of dossiers klaar zijn voor uitvoering.

- Je overlegt met de netbeheerder om dossiers te vervolledigen of waar nodig bij te sturen.

- Je brengt de situatie op het terrein in kaart en houdt rekening met toegankelijkheid, signalisatie, werforganisatie en planning.

- Je stelt gedetailleerde materiaallijsten op en plaatst bestellingen op tijd.

- Je maakt heldere werkinstructies zodat de uitvoerende ploegen precies weten wat er moet gebeuren.

- Je bespreekt dossiers en de planning met werfleiders en zorgt voor een goede afstemming.

- Je maakt calculaties per dossier en bepaalt eventuele meerwerken bij wijzigingen of afwijkingen.

- Je beheert projectdossiers nauwkeurig in het ERP-systeem Navision.

- Je communiceert met de betrokken partijen en zorgt dat informatie vlot tussen de verschillende teams wordt gedeeld.

- Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen aan systemen, procedures en werkmethodes.

Je beschikt over een hogere opleiding in een technische richting.

Je hebt een sterke technische interesse en kan technische plannen, specificaties en dossiers correct interpreteren.

Ervaring met werkvoorbereiding, planning of projectleiding binnen de elektrotechnische sector is een pluspunt.

Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel.

Ervaring met Navision of Visual Planning is een pluspunt.

Je beschikt over rijbewijs B.

Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en houdt het overzicht wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen.

Je bent analytisch ingesteld en vertaalt technische informatie naar een praktisch uitvoerbare aanpak.

Je houdt rekening met de realiteit op het terrein en denkt vooruit bij de voorbereiding van werkzaamheden.

Je communiceert vlot met collega's, werfleiders, klanten en externe partners.

Je neemt initiatief, zoekt naar oplossingen en denkt actief mee over efficiëntere processen en werkwijzen.

- Vakkennis:
