Als Werkvoorbereider Afbouw ben jij de spil tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat afbouwprojecten optimaal worden voorbereid, zodat de uitvoering soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Met jouw ervaring en oog voor detail vertaal je tekeningen en bestekken naar haalbare werkplanningen en materiaalbestellingen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en onderaannemers om ervoor te zorgen dat alle afbouwwerkzaamheden volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen worden gerealiseerd. Jouw inbreng is cruciaal voor het succes van elk project, van luxe nieuwbouwwoningen tot uitdagende renovaties waarbij oude en nieuwe elementen samenkomen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten: - Het uitwerken van bestekken en tekeningen naar gedetailleerde werkplanningen voor afbouwwerkzaamheden; - Het calculeren en aanvragen van offertes bij onderaannemers en leveranciers voor stukadoors-, schilder-, tegelwerk en overige afbouwdisciplines; - Het opstellen van materiaallijsten en het tijdig bestellen van materialen voor de afbouw; - Het maken van gedetailleerde planningen en het bewaken van kritische paden in het afbouwproces; - Het onderhouden van contact met architecten, adviseurs en leveranciers over technische details; - Het adviseren van het projectteam over uitvoeringsmethoden, materiaalgebruik en innovatieve oplossingen; - Het bewaken van kwaliteit, budget en planning tijdens de werkvoorbereiding; - Het bijdragen aan continue verbetering van werkprocessen en het implementeren van nieuwe technieken.
