Je werkt aan gebouwen voor wonen, zorg, werken, onderwijs en vrijetijdsbesteding en krijgt begeleiding om door te groeien naar projectleider binnen een groeiende vestiging. Onder verantwoordelijkheid van de projectleider verbind je planning, mensen, materiaal en materieel. Je houdt overzicht, anticipeert op knelpunten en zorgt dat de uitvoering zonder onnodige vertraging verder kan. - Je stelt werkmappen samen met werkomschrijvingen, detailtekeningen en waar nodig werk- en veiligheidsplannen. - Je zorgt dat mensen, middelen, materiaal en materieel just-in-time beschikbaar zijn op de afbouwprojecten. - Je bewaakt het uitvoeringsbudget en controleert of materialen tijdig en volgens afspraak worden geleverd. - Je stemt werkzaamheden af met projectleiding, collega's, leveranciers en betrokken partners op de bouwplaats. - Je ontwikkelt je onder begeleiding van senior collega's richting projectleider, met verantwoordelijkheid voor complete projecten. Functie-eisen Je hebt een bouwkundige basis en wilt jouw kennis gericht inzetten binnen de afbouw. Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw voorbereiding en communiceert helder met iedereen die bij het project betrokken is. Ervaring is welkom, maar jouw ontwikkelambitie telt nadrukkelijk mee. - Minimaal een mbo-opleiding Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbaar niveau. - Kennis van en bij voorkeur ervaring met afbouw binnen de bouwsector. - Ervaring met of kennis van AutoCAD en BIM, bij voorkeur Tekla. - Je hebt interesse in het coördineren en aansturen van complete afbouwprojecten. - Je werkt res...
