Interesse gewekt? Lees dan snel verder! Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een familiebedrijf op het snijvlak van retail en bouw. Twee sectoren waar altijd beweging in zit en dus ook bij ons. Geen dag is hetzelfde en dat vinden we juist leuk. Ze werken hard, schakelen snel en houden van aanpakken. Dit jaar bestaan ze 100 jaar! Met vestigingen in Nederland, België en Duitsland en zo'n 280 collega's bouwen ze elke dag samen verder aan de groei van de organisatie. Een nuchtere club die doorpakt. Geen gedoe, gewoon doen. Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in de meest uiteenlopende afbouw- en interieurwerkzaamheden. Met de eigen disciplines Interieur, Utiliteit en Retail hebben zij ontelbare bedrijfs-, kantoor- en winkelinterieurs in een kort tijdsbestek compleet verbouwd en gebruiksklaar gemaakt. Van vloer tot en met plafond en van stoffering tot en met de inrichting. Kortom, het totale afbouwpakket. Functieomschrijving Als Werkvoorbereider Afbouw Retail ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de calculatie als de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van uiteenlopende retailprojecten. Je vertaalt ontwerpen, tekeningen en projectinformatie naar nauwkeurige kostprijsbegrotingen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten goed voorbereid en efficiënt richting uitvoering gaan. Je analyseert bouwtekeningen, bestekken en technische specificaties en bepaalt welke materialen, werkmethoden en planningen nodig zijn om projecten succesvol te realiseren. Je vraagt offertes aan, vergelijkt prijzen en voorwaarden van leveranciers en onderaannemers en bewaakt de juiste balans tussen kwaliteit, kosten en planning.
