Vacature Werkvoorbereider Afbouw (systeemwanden) bij Verwol Opmeer Fulltime € 3.500 - € 4.500 Jij zorgt dat onze systeemwandprojecten technisch en organisatorisch kloppen voordat ze buiten starten. Je vertaalt ontwerpen naar werktekeningen, stemt af met leveranciers en bewaakt de planning. Je schakelt met verkoop, productie en montage en voorkomt problemen vóór ze op de bouw ontstaan. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding loopt de montage strak door. Over de functie Als Werkvoorbereider Afbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige technische voorbereiding van onze projecten. Je vertaalt ontwerpen naar uitvoerbare werktekeningen, regelt materialen en bewaakt de planning. Je schakelt dagelijks met projectleiders, uitvoerders, productontwikkeling en leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat de uitvoering zonder vertraging kan starten. Wat ga je doen? - Het technisch uitwerken en voorbereiden van afbouwprojecten - Het maken en controleren van werktekeningen en details - Afstemming met projectleiding, uitvoering en productie - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken in oplossingen - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en maakbaarheid Jouw profiel - Een afgeronde opleiding Bouwkunde (MBO-4) of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider/engineer in een vergelijkbare rol - Je kunt goed omgaan met complexe projecten en vindt het leuk om je hierin vast te bijten - Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig - Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt gemakkelijk met verschillende disciplines Wat bieden wij jou? - Een fulltime functie van 37,5 uur per week, 5 dagen per week. - Een goed salaris conform CAO afbouw, passend bij jouw kennis en ervaring, tussen de €3.500 - €4.500 - 35 vakantiedagen per jaar op fulltime basis - Een stabiele en professionele organisatie met een sterke naam in de markt - Uitdagende projecten waarin jouw expertise echt het verschil maakt - Ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te gro...
