Heb je ervaring binnen asset management of infra-onderhoud en krijg je energie van plannen, organiseren en schakelen met verschillende partijen? Dan is dit een mooie stap voor jou. Organisatie Als werkvoorbereider asset management ben jij van begin tot eind betrokken bij onderhoudsprojecten in de buitenruimte in West-Brabant. Je werkt aan het beheer van zowel "groen" (bermen en bomen) als "grijs" (verhardingen, verzorgingsplaatsen, geluidschermen, openbare verlichting, pompen en gemalen). Je zorgt ervoor dat alles goed is voorbereid én tijdens de uitvoering soepel blijft lopen. Je werkt in een hecht projectteam met onder andere een technisch manager, maintenance engineer, contractmanager, omgevingsmanager, collega-werkvoorbereiders en uitvoerders. Samen zorg je ervoor dat het onderhoud veilig, efficiënt en kwalitatief wordt uitgevoerd. Functie - Het opstellen en bewaken van planningen - Inkoop van materialen en afstemming met leveranciers en onderaannemers - Organiseren van verkeersmaatregelen - Opstellen van werkplannen, werkinstructies en begrotingen - Bijhouden van administratie en contractafspraken - Afstemming met technisch manager, maintenance engineer en uitvoerder - Meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen het onderhoudscontract Je bent tijdens de uitvoering de verbindende schakel tussen binnen en buiten.
