In deze rol zorg jij dat monteurs precies weten wat er moet gebeuren, materialen op tijd beschikbaar zijn en de uitvoering soepel kan starten. Je komt terecht in een technisch operationele omgeving binnen de telecom, waar overzicht, communicatie en nieuwsgierigheid belangrijk zijn. Een mooie kans als je graag verder groeit in een allround werkvoorbereidersrol. Je komt rechstreeks in dienst bij onze opdrachtgever. Wij bieden je - Een Salaris tot €3889 Bruto per maand op basis van 38 uur - 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV dagen - 8% vakantiegeld - Een baan voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. - Direct op contract bij onze opdrachtgever. - Een rol met veel afstemming en verantwoordelijkheid. - Werken in een team van 4 collega's. Onze opdrachtgever werkt binnen de telecom en richt zich op technische projecten waarbij voorbereiding, planning en uitvoering nauw op elkaar aansluiten. Je werkt samen met monteurs, logistiek, magazijn, klanten en interne afdelingen. Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider bereid je projecten zo voor dat de uitvoering zonder onnodige vertraging kan verlopen. Jij bewaakt de planning, regelt randvoorwaarden en zorgt dat alle informatie compleet is voordat het werk start. - Je bestelt materialen en controleert of alles beschikbaar is. - Je maakt planningen en zet monteurs op de juiste locatie en het juiste moment in. - Je stemt af met monteurs, logistiek, magazijn, klanten en interne afdelingen. - Je regelt toegang tot locaties, vergunningen en andere randvoorwaarden. - Je signaleert knelpunten en lost deze op voordat ze impact hebben. - Je voert site surveys uit en bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit en efficientie.
