Het betreft een direct dienstverband bij deze ontwikkelende aannemer in de regio groot Amsterdam. Organisatie Je komt te werken bij een toonaangevend bouw- en ontwikkelbedrijf dat al jaren bekendstaat om kwalitatieve en duurzame woonprojecten in de Randstad. De cultuur is informeel, collegiaal en gericht op samenwerking. Geen grote bureaucratie, maar duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden en vertrouwen in jouw expertise. Met een hecht team professionals werk je aan uiteenlopende woningbouw- en renovatieprojecten en krijg je de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Functie Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij de spil in het voorbereiden van bouwprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles klaarstaat voordat de uitvoering begint. Jouw taken zijn onder andere: Het voorbereiden en coördineren van projecten vanaf de startfase tot uitvoering. Opstellen van planningen, inkoopoverzichten en voorbereidingsschema's. Afstemmen met onderaannemers, leveranciers, architecten en andere stakeholders. Integreren van veiligheidsmaatregelen in werkdocumenten en - waar nodig - BIM-modellen. Bewaken van tijd, kwaliteit en kosten. Meedenken over logistiek, bouwkundige en constructieve details.
