Ben jij een ervaren Werkvoorbereider Civiele Techniek die graag zorgt dat projecten van A tot Z goed geregeld zijn? In deze functie werk je aan uiteenlopende civiele en infrastructurele projecten in Breda en omgeving. Van de aanleg en reconstructie van wegen tot riolering, gebiedsontwikkeling en groot onderhoud. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen klopt, zodat de uitvoering buiten soepel kan verlopen. Een mooie functie voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid pakt, technisch inhoudelijk betrokken is en energie krijgt van het organiseren en coördineren van uitdagende GWW-projecten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het project goed voorbereid is en dat jouw collega's buiten precies weten wat er moet gebeuren. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het voorbereiden en coördineren van civiele en infrastructurele projecten . - Het controleren van tekeningen en ontwerpen op technische uitvoerbaarheid. - Het opstellen en bewaken van planningen, werkplannen en keuringsplannen . - Het aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes en verzorgen van de inkoop. - Het afstemmen van werkzaamheden met leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Het bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, kosten en voortgang. - Het signaleren van risico's en knelpunten en hier proactief op inspelen. - Het onderhouden van contact met de uitvoerder, projectleider, opdrachtgever en andere stakeholders . - Het aandragen van verbeteringen op het gebied van werkmethodes en processen. Je bent daarmee niet alleen op kantoor bezig met de voorbereiding. Je blijft gedurende het hele project betrokken en hebt veel contact met de collega's die het werk buiten realiseren. - 40 - Breda Wat verwachten we van jou?
