Onze opdrachtgever zoekt een werkvoorbereider die niet alleen processen stroomlijnt, maar ook kansen ziet om te verbeteren. Wat ga je doen? Als werkvoorbereider ben jij de spil in het projectteam. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles klaarstaat om projecten succesvol uit te voeren: - Voorbereiding op maat: Je vertaalt aanbesteding- en contractdocumenten naar heldere plannen die iedereen begrijpt; - Perfecte uitvoeringsplannen: Van VGM-plannen tot Taak Risico Analyses (TRA's), jij maakt ze gedetailleerd en waterdicht; - Strakke planning: Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat iedereen op schema ligt met goed voorbereide werkmappen; - Regelmeester: Je regelt vergunningen en meldingen, zoals KLIC-meldingen, zodat niets over het hoofd wordt gezien; - Innovatie en verbetering: Je denkt mee over efficiëntere werkwijzen en bespreekt kansen met opdrachtgevers; - Kostenbewaking: Samen met de projectleider houd jij de werkbegroting strak in de hand; - Slim onderhandelen: Je onderhandelt met leveranciers en stelt offertes op met de beste voorwaarden; - Teamplayer: Tijdens de uitvoering ondersteun je collega's en zorg je voor een soepele overdracht van informatie.
