Dit bedrijf ontwikkelt en produceert geur- en smaakstoffen voor gebruik in consumenten- en voedingsproducten. De productiesite in Tilburg combineert productie en R&D en kent processen variërend van chemische omzetting tot logistieke mengprocessen. In Nederland werken ruim 1000 medewerkers op 2 locaties waarvan Tilburg de productiesite is met meerdere fabrieken. De site in Tilburg is georganiseerd in uiteenlopende productie-eenheden waaronder fabrieken met fysische en chemische processen en fabrieken met logistieke mengprocessen. De afdeling Maintenance op de Tilburgse locatie is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van procesinstallaties, productielijnen en utiliteiten en werkt hierbij nauw samen met engineering en productie. De maintenanceorganisatie ondersteunt zowel geautomatiseerde als handmatige productielijnen en verzorgt ook het onderhoud aan gebouwen en terrein. De vakkennis binnen het onderhoudsteam wordt ingezet om storingsvrije productiecycli te realiseren en onvoorziene stilstanden te minimaliseren. Werken op de Tilburgse locatie vereist afstemming met operators en vakspecialisten om onderhoudsplannen en reservedelenbeheer te optimaliseren en om continu verbeteringen door te voeren.
