Hoe organiseer je het beheer van groen, sport, bomen en de openbare ruimte slimmer, efficiënter én betaalbaar? Als Werkvoorbereider Beheer Openbare Ruimte combineer je calculatie, planning en advies in een veelzijdige rol. Je schakelt tussen verschillende beheeropgaven, gemeentelijke opdrachtgevers en de collega's die het werk buiten uitvoeren. Tegelijk krijg je ruimte om processen te verbeteren en mee te denken over hoe het beheer nóg slimmer kan worden georganiseerd. Bij Gildebor werk je aan een openbare ruimte die dagelijks zichtbaar is voor inwoners. De ene dag werk je een beheerscenario of calculatie uit, de volgende dag bespreek je met een opdrachtgever, uitvoerder of leverancier hoe een opdracht het beste kan worden uitgevoerd. Dit ga je doen Als werkvoorbereider vertaal je beheeropgaven naar concrete plannen en adviseer je over planning, capaciteit, kwaliteit en kosten. Zo werk je voor een sportpark verschillende scenario's uit: hoeveel mensen, materieel en budget zijn nodig en wat voer je zelf uit of besteed je uit? Je vormt daarmee de schakel tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: ? Het voorbereiden van opdrachten, van aanvraag en voorcalculatie tot planning, uitvoering en nacalculatie; ? Het doorrekenen van beheerscenario's en adviseren over capaciteit, kwaliteit en kosten; ? Het opstellen en bewaken van planningen, kostenramingen en werkafspraken; ? Het actualiseren van RAW-bestekken en deelopdrachten; ? Het aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes en ondersteunen bij aanbestedingstrajecten; ? Het adviseren over de uitvoering binnen de geldende kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en gezondheidsnormen; ? Het deelnemen aan projecten en verbetertrajecten en het analyseren en verbeteren van werkprocess...
