Als Werkvoorbereider Bestaande Bouw vorm je de cruciale schakel tussen de planfase en de uitvoering van renovatieprojecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technisch en organisatorisch voorbereiden van bouwprojecten, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met projectleiders, uitvoerders en externe partners. Je werkt aan diverse uitdagende renovatieprojecten waar je jouw expertise in bestaande bouw volledig kunt benutten. Je analyseert bestaande situaties, maakt technische berekeningen en zorgt dat alle benodigde materialen en middelen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het opstellen en controleren van werktekeningen en uitvoeringsplannen; - Het maken van materiaalstaten en het aanvragen van offertes bij leveranciers; - Het opstellen en bewaken van werkplanningen; - Het voorbereiden van bouwvergaderingen en het maken van verslagen; - Het onderzoeken van bouwkundige oplossingen voor complexe renovatievraagstukken; - Het aansturen van onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Het signaleren en oplossen van potentiële knelpunten in het bouwproces; - Het bewaken van kwaliteit, budget en planning tijdens de voorbereidingsfase.

Als Werkvoorbereider krijg je alle ruimte om door te groeien binnen de organisatie. Je kunt je verder ontwikkelen tot Senior Werkvoorbereider, of doorgroeien naar functies als Projectleider of Hoofd Werkvoorbereiding. De organisatie faciliteert dit met gerichte opleidingen en coaching on-the-job.
