Werkvoorbereider Bestaande Bouw Als Werkvoorbereider Bestaande Bouw bij Van Dillen zorg jij dat projecten in renovatie, verduurzaming, onderhoud en transformatie goed voorbereid van start kunnen. Je vertaalt plannen naar een duidelijke en haalbare voorbereiding en zorgt dat materialen, mensen, planning en informatie op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je schakelt dagelijks met projectleiders, uitvoerders, opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers en houdt daarbij oog voor de praktijk. Door vooruit te denken en snel te schakelen, zorg jij ervoor dat het werk buiten soepel kan verlopen. Klaar om jouw organisatietalent in te zetten voor gebouwen die klaar zijn voor de toekomst? Je zorgt dat afspraken duidelijk zijn, informatie klopt en iedereen op tijd over de juiste gegevens beschikt. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt deadlines in de gaten en signaleert knelpunten voordat ze problemen worden. Door jouw voorbereiding weten collega's buiten én op kantoor waar ze aan toe zijn. Bij Van Dillen werk je samen met verschillende collega's en partners aan uitdagende projecten in de bestaande bouw. Je hebt veel contact met projectleiders, uitvoerders, opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers en zorgt dat informatie goed wordt afgestemd. Je luistert, denkt mee en zoekt samen naar praktische oplossingen. Juist bij renovatie en verduurzaming, waar bestaande situaties en verschillende belangen samenkomen, maakt goede samenwerking het verschil.
