Axxicon in Eindhoven (Ekkersrijt) is ter vervanging op zoek naar een: WERKVOORBEREIDER (1 FTE) Als Werkvoorbereider bij Axxicon maak je onderdeel uit van een team dat met passie voor het vak precisie-onderdelen vervaardigt voor matrijzen en de hightechindustrie. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige voorbereidingstraject van high-precision onderdelen en spuitgietmatrijzen. In deze dynamische rol ben je een spin in het web tussen engineering, productie, verkoop en inkoop. Jij zorgt dat ideeën, tekeningen en CAD-modellen vertaald worden naar een betrouwbaar en stabiel productieproces. Wat ga je doen? • Analyseren van tekeningen en CAD-modellen om tot een optimaal procesplan te komen; • Ontwikkelen, calculeren en implementeren van maakstrategieën; • Vrijgeven en documenteren van technische aspecten en borgen van de volledige productieflow in ERP; • Feedback geven aan interne en externe klanten m.b.t. kwaliteit, maakbaarheid, logistiek en kosten; • Vrijgeven en documenteren van technische aspecten; • Ondersteunen van productie en inkoop; • Analyseren van data en organiseren van review meetings; • Signaleren van knelpunten in processen en het aandragen van structurele, toekomstgerichte oplossingen; • Rapporteren aan de Operations Manager. Wie ben jij? • Afgeronde MBO+ of HBO opleiding, bij voorkeur Technische Bedrijfskunde of Werktuigbouwkunde; • Meerdere jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen een verspanende productieomgeving; • Werkt gestructureerd en communiceert duidelijk; • Sterk in samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair team; • Ervaring met ERP (bij voorkeur ISAH) en MS Office.
