Als werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van bouwprojecten, van appartementencomplexen en grondgebonden woningen tot bedrijfshuisvesting en utiliteitsbouw. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, tekenaars en interne disciplines zoals de timmerfabriek en werkplaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch goed voorbereid worden en dat uitvoering volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen kan plaatsvinden. Je taken omvatten: - Uitwerken van bestekken, tekeningen en werkmethoden tot uitvoeringsgereed niveau; - Opstellen van calculaties, materiaallijsten en productieplanningen; - Coördineren van interne disciplines en externe leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Beoordelen van offertes en adviseren over technische keuzes en alternatieven; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit tijdens de voorbereidingsfase; - Afstemmen met projectleiding en uitvoering over haalbaarheid en risico's; - Verzorgen van technische overdracht naar de uitvoering en begeleiden bij de opstart.

Je werkt zelfstandig binnen de kaders van het project en overlegt waar nodig met collega's en leidinggevenden. Er wordt van je verwacht dat je overzicht houdt, technische vraagstukken analyseert en oplossingen aandraagt die passen binnen de planning en het budget. Je hebt direct contact met interne afdelingen en externe partijen en bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en volledigheid van je voorbereiding. Doordat het bedrijf beschikt over een eigen timmerfabriek en werkplaats, werk je regelmatig samen met deze disciplines om maatwerk en prefab-elementen voor te bereiden en af te stemmen. Dit vraagt om technisch inzicht en gevoel voor productieprocessen.
