Ben jij technisch sterk en werk je graag nauwkeurig?

Voor een groeiend bedrijf gespecialiseerd in maatwerk binnendeuren zijn wij op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider.

In deze functie ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant, leveranciers, productie en de werf. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen technisch en administratief helemaal op punt staan en dat alles correct voorbereid wordt voor productie en plaatsing

Wat ga je doen?

Als Werkvoorbereider sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Verwerken van binnenkomende bestellingen in het ERP-systeem
  • Orders technisch en administratief voorbereiden
  • Werken met een productconfigurator om correcte orderbevestigingen en productiebonnen op te maken
  • Bestellen van de nodige materialen zoals beslag, glas en maatwerk bij leveranciers
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen en leveringen
  • Administratieve opvolging van verschillende bouwprojecten
  • Regelmatig contact onderhouden met werfleiders en klanten
  • Ervoor zorgen dat de productie over alle correcte informatie beschikt

  • Je hebt interesse in techniek, bouw of interieur
  • Je werkt graag met cijfers en details
  • Je bent administratief sterk en georganiseerd
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je bent vlot met computers en staat open om met een ERP-systeem te werken
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met collega's, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je hebt technische kennis of affiniteit met interieur
